Refund of itc?

sir ,
I purchase goods from unregistered person. and sold them online through flipkart.
should I pay tax as reverse charges ?
and I have no purchase invoices.
now I have to file refund application.
I can upload sales invoice details but not purchase details.

how can I get refund.
please guide me.
