I have applied for ipcc Nov 2018 attempt. I have filled the form and submitted. While I was making payment, it showed the transaction is being processing,after that amount has been deducted from my bank account and the PDF file is not generated.It is showing edit option. Please tell me whether I will the refund of amount deducted and whether I shall apply again.
