Refund of ipcc exam fees
I have applied for ipcc Nov 2018 attempt. I have filled the form and submitted. While I was making payment, it showed the transaction is being processing,after that amount has been deducted from my bank account and the PDF file is not generated.It is showing edit option. Please tell me whether I will the refund of amount deducted and whether I shall apply again.

I think u have to apply again..... And the deducted amount will be refunded...

Please pay exam fees again... Deducted amount will be refunded, its take some time.
I want to know She has to use the same card to get refund or else
Refund should be credited in original mode of payment as per RBI guidelines
