Refund of input credit on service tax for stpi units

Please tell me under which section can a STPI unit claim refund of input credit on service tax paid ? Please give details regarding the same.

you can claim refund under cenvat credit rule 5 of the Cenvat Credit rules 2004 and the relevant form is form A
