Can income tax refund be claimed by Individual having income lower than minimum income changeable to tax, if he file income tax returns after due date of filing returns ?

Yes beleated itr can be filed till 31st march 2020 for a.y 19-20

Yes.... Refund can be claim if filing ITR after due date...

You can file Your ITR upto 31st March 2020...
