I e filed return u/s139(9) but have not received intimation u/s 143(1) and refund for AY 2017-18.
What action should I take to get my refund

REFUND TAKES 3-4 MONTH AND AFTER PROCESSED ITR BY CPC / AO THEN REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
