No separate application required. shipping bill will be treated as application for refund. Refund is subject filing of Export general manifesto, GSTR1 and GSTR3B. For details refer circular on refund

Agree to the above. In order to avoid invoice mismatch issues on refund of igst on export , refer circular 05/2018 dated 23.02.2018
