One of our client who is having only intra state supplies have paid by mistake IGST instead of CGST and SGST and filed the 3B return for the month of April 2019. But correctly declared in GSTR 1 for april month. Now is there any way to correct the mistake done while filing 3B last year.

As per the provision you have to pay cgst and sgst and claim refund for the igst wrongly paid within prescribed time
if the amount is nominal just show it as reconciliation and wait till the assessment or till council comes out with any further clarification on it.
