please clarify me about refund of Gst. we are partnership firm exporting and importing of ready made garment. we are exporting under Lut bond and we are claiming duty draw back of 2% .
Could we claim Gst refund?

As you say , that you are exporting under LUT , i understand that you are not paying IGST. So where is the question of claiming GST refund.
and duty drawback provisons are under custom s act.
Moreover you can refer Return RFD 01 for the types of refund as of now in GST.
