Today I received this SMS.

Refund Issued for PAN AVPXXXXX7N for AY 2020-21 has failed due to Pan not linked to the Account., for reissue please use online service.

Now I am confused which account should I link to pan. Bank account or efilling account created on income tax website.

please help

You should link the bank account where pan is linked. You should link your pan with bank account on income tax portal and claim refund on that account
