In portal it's showing "processed with no demand/refund" on 14 Jan 2021

I got ITR intimation mail on 15 Jan 2021

Not sure about this. What you can do is to download intimation u/s 143(1) and compare data as per ITR and that as processed by the IT dept. You will be able to understand why this difference.
