my client given UBI account number and IfSC code.which was previously Andhra bank.
but he received intimation from dept. mentioning account number and ifsc code . but the ifsc code was given correct.

Remove the bank and add again.

Better to add new bank account and make sure that it's successfully validated .
If EVC is enabled for a validated bank then there will not be any issue

Wait for few days . if IS not yet done . wait
Validate account again on IT Portal and the apply for refund reissue when the account gets validated
IFSC would have changed . So use the latest IFSC as per cheque lief and update it on the portal
