There is Refund failure due to wrong a/c no mentioned in itr.So we tried to make Refund re-issue Request with cpc communication reference no and refund sequence no.But it show as "There is no refund failure. This may be due to No refund being due OR Refund being delivered successfully". What to do?

When i checked in online Refund status it shows as "Unable to credit refund as the account number provided by you is incorrect ".And i checked intimation order u/s 143(1) it shows refund payable only.

If done. please give me the directions to get my refund.
Put in greivance of IT website after log in
Wait for status of Refund failure in your efiling account then afterwards you can make a request for refund reissue.
