Refund failed due to bank invalid

my itr is successfully processed with refund, but refund status is failed because of bank validation failed.
is there any time limit to reissue request for refund??
bank validation is still "in progress."

There is no time limit as of now ..

Try to add another bank account and validate

Add only bank account in the assessee's name and prevalidate it before.making a refund request

If you have HDFC , ICICI , SBI banks , you may use it for proper validation...Make sure that email & mobile nos in bank account are matching with details as per IT website for enabling EVC
