One of our client had filed his ITR1 in pune but the address written in the ITR is of mumbai so can he claim refund at mumbai IT office.

Dear Asif,
Return will be processed by the SAME WARD/CIRCLE WHERE IT WAS FILED..
Generally, Files is transferred only in case where assessee has filed his return in wrong ward/circle..
Therefore, in ur case if Assessee's Jurisdiction was Pune then Refund will come from Pune only..
