you can utilize cash ledger balance into filing of GSTR 3B.
Also you can apply refund for the same. You can file refund application through GSTN Portal after login.
As you are demanding refund from cash ledger only and not from credit ledger, refund shall be processed easily with very lesser documents.

Thank you Anup Sir, can you give an idea of what kind of documents are needed?

 

You can just upload the payment Challan, and can be uploading GSTR 3B return table no 6.

That's enough for proof of payment...
