Refund Delay

 Added "DGBank" at the time of filing but it is in still validation in progress for 45 days. 2) Intimation received on Aug 30th 2022. As bank is in validation in progress, Later I added another bank on Oct 6th 2022 and nominated for refund. 3) From Oct 6th, I'm asking your team to process my refund soon as possible. 4 months has passed. 100 CALLS , MANY GRIEVANCES , 10+ ESCALATIONS DONE BUT NO USE. THEY ONLY SAY NPCI SHOULD APPROVE YOUR DETAILS. TILL THEN WAIT. 4) All in sudden my old bank (DG Bank) got validated on Jan 20, 2023 and I nominated for refund. 5) On Jan, 30th 2023, again it went into validation in progress and my union bank which is validated, evc enabled went into failed bank details..Not sure what happened. 6) on checking with team, again added Union bank and verified using internet banking and nominated for refund..Don't know what's happening. Atleast if my bank details are invalid, I should get email from team to raise recertification issue and nominated for refund. When ever I call they say PLEASE WAIT NO ISSUE FROM YOUR END. ONLY NPCI SHOULD LOOK INTO YOUR BANK DETAILS AND APPROVE. THEN WE CAN SEND REFUND. I'm unsure how to approach NPCI since it has been 4 months now...

Can anyone help me what to do ?

Will I get any interest for this many days?

File 'Refund Reissue Request' online, with a proper bank account, which is validated.

I tried but no refund reissue is raised from IT side. If they say bank mismatch then I will have option to raise

You may raise the issue with second bank details.

I'm unable to raise refund reissue with any bank details as there is no refund reissue is created or raised from ITR.

I tried clicking on refund reissue,  it is showing as you have no refund failures to raise reissue requests 

What to do now..

100 calls , grievances , escalations have been made , still no use 

Try Twitter but ensure using validated and evc enabled bank account in the first instance. Let refund fail once. Open a new bank account for taking the tax refund. Link this new account

Already done raising in Twitter but they said we have forwarded your Grievance to relevant team and they will get back to you..

But I received same answer from the team to wait..

Already added second bank with validated and evc enabled...holding from many months..
