REFUND CLAIM QUEERY TCS
I want to know that if a transportor purchase truck in yr 2017-18 and paid TCS on same . did not file any ITR , and if now , file ITR of f.y 2019-20, can he claim TCS of 17-18 in Itr of 2019-20.

No. He can claim TCS credit in respective year that is FY 2017-2018 relating to Ay 2018-2019
No you cannot claim refund for such TCS but you can rectify your return under section 154 for the financial year 17 18
No you can't claim it in current year
No... you cannot but better you file condonation petition for a. y. 2018-19 and claim tcs in ITR
