Yes it is compulsory to give details of all bank accounts by assessee(other than dormant accounts) It is mandated vide
Notification No. 41/2015, Dated-15th day of April, 2015

YOUR SAVING BANK A/C NO WITH BANK DETAIL IS COMPULSORY FOR INCOME TAX REFUND .
UPDATE YOUR KYC (AADAR NO AND PAN NO )IN YOUR BANK
OTHERWISE YOUR REFUND REVERSE

what kind of question is this ? If you look at it from a different perspective, it is sort of a bogus question, if someone doesnt know this much, then who will understand income tax. this is unbelievable question
