I have completed my Income Return and duly filed by 05.08.17. and paid the Tax Liability. But I forget to enter HRA exemption, so can I get refund for that exemption if I filed revised return.

yes you should file a revised return to get that. Make sure that rental agreement and proof of payments are in place.
But if I have pay slip for only one month, and the amount is same for the year.
According to me,Yes you should file your revised return and regarding the receipts you can generate the same through https://cleartax.in/save/rent , but these receipts are accepted by HR's only never tried anything before AO.
