A dealer doing purchase and sales every month avail itc and claim itc.

now there was some amount is shown in credit ledger, eventhough we claim future months,

If he wants that credit back as refund can claim or not?

there is cash ledger amount as well as credit ledger amount excess.

It is better to use for set off liabilities for next month 3B returns if arises.

You can claim the cash ledger amount, after submitting the application online in prescribed format, thereafter you need to submit relevant physical documents with the concerned department. For other ITC you need to share type of business, chapters of your product or services and reasons for excess inputs
