I have e-filled my sister's ITR-4 (Professional fees recd) claiming Refund of Rs17,000 for A.Y.:2014-15 before due date , now when I cheked her Refund status on https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/e-Filing it shows Refund status " Not determined" with no reason
Reason will be displayed only for refund unpaid cases.
What to do now for getting a refund?

If Refund "Not determined" means, your sister's return has not been processed yet. Be sure Whether you have sent ITR V to CPC and they received it.
Check efiling website> My Accounts> Myreturns/Forms. Find the status of your efiled return there. It may be " Return uploaded" / " ITR V Received"/ " Processed".
If the status is " Processed " means only, they will determine refund.
If your return is Processed , yet your refund not determined means, you may request for 143(1) intimation (efiling website> My Accounts> Request for intimation u/s143(1)and check your inputs with the processed one. And if any query or mismatch, apply for rectification in efiling website.

I have sent ITR-V to CPC & chked the status also showing "ITR-V Received",
So next step will be Processed? I need to wait fr that?
Yes. You have to wait. Check it frequently. CPC is processing quickly nowadays.
