After paying the negative laibility i have still some cash balance in cash ledger i want to claim the negative liablity through rfd01 but it is asking for year and month which year to put in that coloum while putting the month of registration its showing that gstr3b gstr4 or gstr5 not filed what to do how to file plz clarify
