which is the best book which would be helpful to cover entire syllabus, one day before exam

When looking for a reference book for corporate and allied laws, especially for last-minute revision, personal notes are often the most effective. However, if a book is preferred, Abhishek Bansal and Pankaj Garg's books are recommended, though Pankaj Garg may not have updated materials for the old syllabus. Munish Bhandari's handbook is also an option, but it's crucial not to skip the Study Material (SM) for the Final Law. L Jayaraman's material is another excellent choice for quick revision, and study materials for the old course can be downloaded from the ICAI BOS portal.

Your own notes are the best medicine to cover the entire syllabus for one day before exam.

If you want a reference book then go for Abhishek Bansal sir book and Pankaj Garg sir book.

Actually Pankaj Garg Sir is not Publishing books for old syallbus

If you are comfortable with the Munish Bhandari sir's hand book then go for it but please do not skip SM of Final law.

make your own short notes as much as possible
