Can a Cheque, payment stopped by the drawer be redeposited in the bank for futher transaction.
The banker has crossed checked the cheque in red ink by writing STOP CHQ.

No, you can re-deposit the dishnoured cheque only in two case,
1-Insufficient fund &
2.Image not clear.
