if NSC interest is not shown as income in previous years can we rectify the previous years ITR to rectify and include nsc interest income instead of showing the entire interest in the final year. I had missed out showing NSC interest in the previous years and had I done that it would have been beneficial. Please guide. thanks

There is a facility for updation of returns by filing ITR U after completing the assessment.. additional interest income plus tax Theron can be done..
