In this regard the objection raised by the dept. relevant preceding year find out the ack. and check the tax details if details are matched with your return then you send the tax deposit documents. If your return not matched with details then your correspondence with the dept. otherwise facing huge problems in this regard and also time to time discussed with the CA club.

Thank you very much for the response.I tried to rectify this problem with the help of one CA.Last year he said he filed for rectification.But till now i have not received anything from income tax dept.

Do they really take one year to respond?Does that mean my CA is lying to me?

Please help me how to approach income tax dept in this regard.Do they entertain people who would visit them personally.Because my CA said they accept only online applications.

Further discussed the said matter through help line of Income tax dept. and find out the same number from website and discussed the mater para- wise. Hope you recd. fruitful result in this regard and also requested to send to us the same remedy for further clarification.
