Rectification is processed but status remains "Submitted" for more than 10 days. Please assist me

Need not worry, if you have received the intimation u/s. 143(1) for the revised return. The system will get rectified after some time.
Have you received intimation under section 154 ?
The system does not gets rectified .An assesse has to file returns a revised with relevant rectification.

You will get intimation u/s 143(1) orginal and revised only and not for rectification.
It's intimation u/s 154 for rectification

It's immediate. Check once
Depends on nature of your income that how much time it will take
For salary income, you will get 154 intimation immediately on filing rectification
How about for ITR-4 rectification sir?

Generally it takes month for rectification of ITR-4.
It can vary depends on the number of batches of ITR pending with CPC.
If no much load with CPC IT dept then the processing either 143(1)/ 154 will be instant
