I can't file my rectification return. all the process have been done, and last step of giving submit it not goes for filing it's coming like " any query pls contact xxxxx this number"

Yes, for AY 2021-22, rectification request can be filed u/s. 154 of the act.
In case you are unable to proceed, file complaint under 'Grievance'
