Please suggest the correct action.
I filed rectification application in CPC as the claim of section 54EC was not allowed by the CPC even though my asset was Long Term Capital Asset. I filed rectification 3 times but they didn’t nullify the demand. When I did that for 4th time, they transfer my case to local jurisdictional officer.
Now what I should do?
Should I file 154 once again at the local office?
Or Should I prefer appeal against the order of CPC Bangalore?

Once the case is transfered to local jurisdictional officer, your further all communication will be with Juridictional officer only, so now you are required to file application u/s 154 with local officer only. Attach acknowledgment of online rectification request filed.

Thanks for your reply.
I have done the same but A.O. who is Asst. Comm. says that one has to file an appeal. He has a contention that once 154 is disposed off in one manner by the jurisdictional A.O., his office once again cannot change his opinion.
Any other views?
