I have printed the partnership deed on stamp paper dated 23 March 2014. But there is typing error saying that the firm is incorporated on 23 March 2013 instead of 23 March 2014. How can i rectify it?. can i put white ink and rewrite and take both the partners sign? Please guide.

i think ....if u have submitted the same deed to registrar then u need to pass resolution in partner mettings then ammend nd resubmit. if this has not been done reprint the same and get signnd submit.
This is a major error. Suggest you buy a new stamp paper and take a fresh revised print out of the deed on to the stamp paper.
