Rectification of error in gstr 3b

I have claim excess itc of rs 1900000 in gstr 3b of month march 2018 and also over reported output tax liability of rs 2000000 in gaye 3b of month 2018

As above  we paid excess tax of rs 100000 from credit ledger

Pls guide how we rectify this error and any interest or penalty rise in this case

GSTR 3B up to september 2018 is already filled Can we rectify it in October november 2018

Raja sir In March 2018 actual itc is rs 1000000 but we reported 2900000 Actual output tax liability is 950000 but we reported 2950000 Gstr 3b up to september has been filled My question How we rectify it
