No.. But u can use recycle bin TDL to avoid such loss in future :)
In tally ERP 9, There is no option to recover deleted voucher in tally ERP 9, But there is a free TDL ( Add-on) which will help you in this case. Here is a detailed guide, how to implement this in tally erp 9

Having the same issues mistakelly deleted one voucher whose reconciliation has been done.
