Dear Professionals, If a Pvt Co. reconvey its Board meeting for the same matters as discussed in previous meeting just because one of its Director objecting to receive notice of such meeting though the previously BM was held with appropriate Qouram. My question is what is the validity of previous meeting? Kindly give your suggestions.
Rigid provisions of secretarial standards have been notified to take care of such situation only. If we follow them in true spirit, such problem will not arise.
