Reclaim output tax paid

We issued sales invoice to customer registered dealer, still customer not yet settled payment more than one year, any possible to reclaim output tax paid and how to report on gstr 9

How to go about this case.

If you reverse these tax or issued a credit debit not then you can't anything you will not have any profit by these so you have other legal actions

You cannot reverse your output tax Unless you reced back your goods.

if you received your goods back then rise an credit note then Such GST amount can be setoff against your output tax liability
but you will not get refund in terms of cash once paid to govt then you can't claim back unless it is TDS
