Dear All,
We are representing a software company from India. We have developed certain software products for one of our clients in Bangladesh.
What i want to know is
1) If we receive money in India from Bangladesh is there going to be some kind of deduction by way of TDS or some other tax at Bangladesh, before this money comes to India
2) Is this amount again going to be subject to taxation again in India.
If this is the case, can someone please suggest how can we avoid this situation wherein we receive amount without any amount getting deducted either in bangladesh / India
