Under the new tax regime, rebates under Section 87A (which reduce tax liability) are applicable, but STCG under Section 111A is taxable at 15% and does not qualify for a rebate or lower rate of tax.
Is stcg 111A allowed under rebate 87A In OLD TAX REGIME....
