I want to change the name of a private company of my client. I want to know the suitable reasons which are acceptable .
There is no addition of new business . My client wants to change the name because it does not have much relevance with its objects .
Please guide .

In this case, the Company can give the new name which should be reflecting the business of the Company and that can be quoted as the reason for the name change.
