i don't think it's the negative approach of icai
I know one person who examines the copies he said icai has nothing to do with the result
the main reason is pattern. when they check the copies they are given an answer sheet and that answer sheet is copied from module
so if the students writes all the points that are wriiten in the module then he will get full marks otherwise even his points are right but he will not get any markssss cos they have only 1 and half min to check one copyyy.
so plzzzzzzzz try to follow the module only don't go for any other booksssss.
and as far as icai is concerned it's good for the students cos if they find that result is very low say 1% then they themselves pass the students who have got 38 or 39 marks in any subject or 1 or 2 marks away towards aggregateeeee
so thanks to icaiiii
