Reappointment of statutory auditor

In the second AGM of the Company on 30th September,2014, the statutory Auditor is to be reappointed, the Company falls under Section 139(1) of the CA 2013, now my question is the statutory Auditor is to be reappointed till the Conclusion of the 6th AGM or 7th AGM ? Kindly confirm

Also can we appoint the Auditors for the conclusion of next AGM only.

If an auditor does not fall under section 139(2), the company may appoint him for 5 years duration i.e. from the conclusion of 1st AGM till the conclusion of 6th AGM subject to retification by the members in every AGM
