When you are reapplying Form 10AB for 12A registration after a rejection, you should select the option related to "Re-submission of application" or "Reapplication" in the form, depending on the options available.
Usually, Form 10AB has a drop-down for ‘Type of Application’ or ‘Reason for Application’. For reapplication after rejection, select:
If there’s a clause specifically mentioning “Re-submission after rejection”, that’s the best fit.
If no such option exists, then selecting the closest possible option indicating a re-application or corrected submission is acceptable.
