whether RERA is mandatory for real estate project to pay gst @ 1 % and 5%. I am not registered under RERA and I am construction 6 flats only? what is gst rate of tax

No registration for the real estate project shall be required where land proposed to be developed does not exceed 500 sq mtr..or no of apartment does not exceed eight
