Can anyone provide me with details as to the requirements, procedure & guidelines for the investor wanting to invest in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).

Hi Pravin, REIT's are being set up in India and it may take some time for the procedures and requirements to be known. However, if you want to invest in other markets like US, then let me know.
