My question is how intimate government about adopting new scheme

I very well know the provision but how I intimate government that I want to adopt new scheme and how I reverse credit
Those who want to continue with old scheme have option to
exercised in Form at annexure IV by the
10th of May, 2019 ,
So those who opted for new scheme is no need to inform or intimate .
