Re totalling help pls

Hi Friends!!!!

I wrote my  G-2 second attempt this nov 10 and unfortunately i got 138 n failed:(.. but i have scored 59 in info tech and im thinking abt re totalling so that 1 mark ll help me to get an exemption.. should i mention abt exemption request in letter or should i jus ask for recheck.. im totally confused with this.. so plsss help me with ur suggestions

In my opinion, an application to just recheck will do.

But still, better get some more insights from the experts...

You have to submit a written application (typed application will not be entertained) addressed to the Senior Deputy Director (Exams), ICAI, New Delhi, requesting for verification. It has to be accompanied with a DD favouring The Secretary, The ICAI payable at New Delhi. DD fee Rs.100 per subject. You have to submit the application within 30 days from the declaration of the result.

jus a letter asking them re total will do rite?!? god shld help me to get one mark !!! thanks for ur replies:)
