Re registration of ipcc

Dear sir,

I am Rohit kumar from Jodhpur. I have register for ipcc as on nov 2010 . But due to some reason i was droped out from Ipcc.Now i want to give may 2019 attemptfor ipcc group 2. Please advice me to whether i have to re registered with ipcc group 2 or this will ok..

If i have have to re register . then what is the procedure. Wheather can i give may 2019 attempt.
