A Student of IPCC wants to appear for May 2017 Exam.
His Registration is expired as 4 years has elapsed since registration.
Now Exam Forms Last Date is 27th Feb without Late Fees.
And for Re-Registration he have to Fill a Form and Make a DD and Send to Regional Office Kanpur. And its not Possible to get delivered and processed on or before 27th.
Can he fill the Exam Form Now on or Before 27th and Send the Form for Re-Registration to the Institute after 27th? Will the Exam form get rejected in such a case ?
