Hi friends i hav one query that for last 2 years company was giving list of promoters to Stock exchange wherein some of the name mentioned which are actually not the promoters of the company now company wants to correct its list kindly guide want needs to be done and also give the clear defination of PROMOTER i.e. who are to be included in promoters' category as per Sebi.
