Hii..guys i already got my articles terminated on 18th march but havnt submitted the form 109...I am going to submit it alongwith Form 103 on 15th April...so can i get it transfered now....whether the new rule apply to me also......??????

be prepared; the icai may try to trouble you by demanding you ur work book(even though it wasn't compulsory then)

you have the time of one month to submit your 109 form. as ur date is 19 then you can submit your form by 19 april. but try to make it as early as possible.

hi saurabh.. there is no rule like that.. for 109.. but for 103.. from date of signing new CA, with in 1 month.. we have to submitt...
