A partnership firm convert in to sole proprietorship business after its complete dissolution
So you have to surrender the partnership firm after the partners dissolution and file GSTR10
Then with new pan number and name you have to apply for sole proprietorship registration
Closing stock ka value final return me dikha na hai ya nahi
