I have a query regarding my client company which was in liquidation from 1999 to March, 2005 and der on in Oct, 2005 der was some other case wherein the company was again in liquidation from oct, 2005 to march, 2011 which mean it was out of liquidation for some 6 months in 2005 and now it is out of liquidation . But during the liquidation period also as the company was not aware of liquidation order the company was regularly filing its financial accounts with ROC till 2007, kindly guide me what the company needs to do as it is completely out of liquidation and wants to revive further.

In my views before apply in Liquidation company has to close its buisness & all works. So we also dont need to file any financial reports after intimating ROC about Liquidation. So, Why Company is filling.
its a diff matter when we get order of liquidation.

No company didnt go for voluntry liquidation rathr case for winding up was pending against company in whch liquidation orders wer passed in 2002 but company was continusly filing returns wth income tax departmnt and ROC till 2007 where as in between company was of liquidation for some 6 mnths but agagin der was liquidation order in some other case n now in march, 2011 it is out of liquidatn completely. So kindly suggest wat needs to be done in this matter as regard to ROC.
